Take 10 @ 2 with The Health Promotion Department
Drop in at 2 pm any weekday for a quick, 10 minute mindfulness practice led by the Health Promotion Department.

Take A Breath

Take Your Time, Series 1, 2 & 3
This four-week series offers a deep dive into nine different mindfulness practices.
Participants are expected to attend all four 75-minute sessions.
