CAPS is dedicated to student mental health and wellbeing. We support students in achieving both academic and personal life goals. CAPS is committed to providing high quality, affordable, and confidential services to UGA students and their eligible partners. CAPS strives to provide care that is sensitive to and respectful of the needs of our diverse students, and to create a safe, inclusive and affirming environment.
The first step in accessing CAPS services is to schedule a brief Screening appointment through the UHC Patient Portal or by calling the CAPS office at 706-542-2273. During the Screening appointment we will listen to your concerns, discuss options for ongoing services, and collaborate with you on a plan which may include one or more of the above-mentioned CAPS services, or referral to services that can better meet your needs.
CAPS is located on the second floor of the University Health Center, on the corner of College Station and East Campus Roads.
