How can #BeWellUGA help you?

#BeWellUGA serves as a central mental health and wellness resource for the UGA campus community.

  1. Where do I obtain counseling and therapy?
  2. Are there any free workshops or classes led by clinicians or health educators that can provide me with tools to manage my stress, anxiety, relationships, etc.?
  3. I am a student leader (or UGA faculty/staff member). How do I request a health educator/clinician-led wellness program or training for my group?
  4. My student group is conducting an outreach event to build awareness about mental health. Do you have any materials that we may distribute to students?
