How can #BeWellUGA help you?

#BeWellUGA serves as a central mental health and wellness resource for the UGA campus community.

  1. Are there any free workshops or classes led by clinicians or health educators that can provide me with tools to manage my stress, anxiety, relationships, etc.?
  2. My student group is conducting an outreach event to build awareness about mental health. Do you have any materials that we may distribute to students?
  3. Where do I obtain counseling and therapy?
  4. I am a student leader (or UGA faculty/staff member). How do I request a health educator/clinician-led wellness program or training for my group?

This year during National Eating Disorder Awareness Week, individuals all over the country are telling their untold stories of body image struggles, disordered eating, recovery, identity, mental health, gender, sexuality, race, privilege, and class.
