Feel Your Way to Better Health: Breast and Testicular Cancer Awareness
Tue, Sept 15, 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm, New Tate Center, Room 144, limited to 33 participants
Did you know that testicular cancer is the most common cancer found in men age 15-35? Or that women should start performing monthly breast self-exams starting by age 20? Learn about the prevalence, risk factors, symptoms, and stages of breast and testicle cancers. Emphasis will be on learning how to perform self-exams for early detection.

Sleep plays a vital role in friendships/dating, academics, motivation and physical performance. This workshop is tailored to upperclass students and graduate students.

While holidays are the best time of the year for some, holidays can bring stress, depression, alcohol/drug abuse, and general unhappiness. This workshop is designed to cope with holiday strain in ways that support your holistic wellness. Understanding the role of holiday expectations and triggers to stress including relationships, finances, and physical demands will be explored.
