Klonopin is usually found in pill or tablet form and taken orally.
When and Why it is Used
Klonopin is used to enhance the effects of other drugs, like opiates and
alcohol. Often used in combination with alcohol, usually beer. Also, used
by polydrug addicts to alleviate withdrawal symptoms between other drug use.
Other Facts
Klonopin is used to treat some seizure disorders.
Produces intoxication if mixed with alcohol.
Dependence and withdrawal symptoms include prolonged anxiety, depression,
and insomnia.
Klonopin is a Schedule IV Drug under the Controlled Substances Act.
